We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer with proven experience in the hospitality/hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality supplies and services while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily procurement activities for all hotel departments (F&B, housekeeping, engineering, admin, etc.)
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and terms
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor stock levels
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand purchasing needs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procurement standards
  • Assist with inventory auditing and cost-control initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer/Procurement Executive in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of hotel-related supplies, F&B products, and vendor networks
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and time-management abilities
