Hiring Virtual Assistant

Time: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Costa Rica time

Starting Salary: $500

Overview:

The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track all residency and legal documentation for CEO.

  • Follow up on key persons objective and ensure timely completion of objectives

  • Monitor and track all personal expenses, outstanding debts, and financial deadlines.

  • Coordinate lease renewals, license management, and property documentation.

  • Lead follow-ups on lawsuits, contracts, and organizational compliance issues.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, bank statement uploads, and transaction tracking.

  • Ensure timely completion of office maintenance tasks, equipment purchases, and facility coordination.

  • Manage communication with vendors, banks, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.

  • Handle various personal and business errands related to CEO's day-to-day needs.

  • Provide weekly updates, meeting follow-ups, and task completion reports.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Experience in executive assistance or operations coordination

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php29,000.00 per month
