Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages branding and marketing campaigns for the property.
  • Responsible for developing and organizing activities to increase NUSTAR's brand awareness and market reputation. Ensures theefficient execution ofbusiness plans in orderto meet futurebrand expectations and targets as well as brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions, including marketingcommunications and advertisingand digitalmarketing.
  • Ensures that branded materials at the propertyaswellthoseusedatexternaleventsalignwithstandardsandworkswiththebrandmarketingassistant to monitor and update materials.
  • Craftsandoverseesbrandingandmarketingprojectsandadvertisingactivities toensureon-time execution and on-budget delivery.
  • AlignscampaignsandcollateralswithNUSTARbranddirectionsand standards.
  • Ensuresbrandelementseffectivelytranslatesintoplansandgot-to-market strategies.
  • Buildsrelationshipswithmedia,influencersand suppliers.
  • Conductsongoingresearchonmarkettrends,consumerinsightsandcompetitor activities.
  • ShapesandcommunicatesNUSTAR'svisionandmissiontobothinternalandexternal clients.
  • Establishesperformancespecifications,costandpriceparameters,marketapplicationsandsales estimates.
  • CollaboratesacrosstheBrandMarketingDepartmentaswellasotherDepartmentsonbrandingand marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Assistswithcrisiscommunicationas required.
  • Preparesaperiodicreportwithrecommendationsand trends.
  • Efficientandon-timedeliveryofprojects .
  • Ensurethatbrandingactivitiesandcollateralsalignwith standards.
  • Monitorscosttoensureprojectareonbudgetandare accrued.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or any related course.
  • Aminimumof8–10yearsrelatedwork experience.
  • HasexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillsindevelopingrelationshipswithNUSTAR's clients.
  • Hastheabilitytoworkinafast-paced environment.
  • Hasexcellentanalytical,problem-solving,decisionmakingandmanagement skills.
  • Hasexceptionalnegotiationanddecision-making skills.
  • Hasstrongbusinessacumenanddetail oriented.
  • Hasconsistenttrackrecordofdevelopingandimplementingsuccessful marketingandbrand campaigns.
  • Mustbeatech-savvywithastrongonlinepresenceononeormoresocialnetworks andwithwide experience in handling media relations.
