Job Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Management:
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects; lead assigned standard or small-to-medium scale projects from initiation to closure.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records, prepare regular status reports, and track deliverables against timelines.
  • Resource & Vendor Coordination:
  • Assign tasks for managed projects, monitor workloads, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify, document, and escalate risks or issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee or participate in testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a communication bridge between project teams, management, and external partners.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize project meetings, manage project tools, assist in procurement, and maintain updated project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

E
xperience:
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or related roles. Experience in assisting or managing small to medium-sized projects is preferred.

Skills
Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and infrastructure

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
