About the Role

As our Brand Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing programs for our paints and chemical brands. You'll oversee product development, advertising, promotions, and communications to strengthen our brand equity and achieve sales targets.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and brand plans.
  • Lead product innovation, launches, and portfolio management.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
  • Conduct market research and analyze competition, pricing, and trends.
  • Manage Ads & Promo budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Supervise and coach Brand Officers and Assistants for effective execution of strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Supply Chain, Research and Development and Manufacturing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing, Marketing Management, Mass Communication, or any business-related course.
  • At least 10 years of brand marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong background in brand management, marketing communications, and product development.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
