Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Cebu, for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal guest experiences and satisfaction. This includes managing staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient delivery of services. Additionally, the Duty Manager will monitor shift operations, ensure safety standards, and contribute to the overall improvement of guest services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel management, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of financial management and hotel operations
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
