Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all critical gaming and non-gaming marketing strategies. The role will ensure the cohesive alignment of all the brand objectives in gaming, hotel, and retail. It will develop a marketing plan that will make the property a premier destination in the Visayas/Mindanao regions. The marketing strategies that will be developed will leverage the property's position with the other integrated resorts both at the national and international level. The role also involves commercial knowledge that will maintain relationships with other tourism partners. The role will create a marketing calendar based on data and trends. In summation, the Head of Marketing will drive strategies as investments that will lead to impact the achievement of set financial goals.
  • Spearheading business objectives and driving towards achieving them.
  • Building strategies across Gaming and Non-Gaming marketing teams (subdivisions: Marketing Services, Digital, and Publicity and PR).
  • Working strategically base on the annual marketing budget.
  • Putting together cohesiveness alignment of the brands that will result to increase gaming activities/sales, attract talents, and creates a strong presence in the industry.
  • Drives the initiative to build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and resulting to achieving sales targets amongst other department dependent on their services. All efforts will transcend on higher profitability through increasing customer loyalty for the entire property.
  • Providing strong yet inspirational leadership skills to the marketing teams.
  • Overseeing social media and other online platforms that will help in the company's promotional growth.
  • Leading the market research that will identify key strategies in the development of marketing plans.
  • Creates marketing strategies that will target specific customer groups that will result to increase customer growth and brand loyalty.
  • Uses analytics and marketing trends for the marketing calendar of the marketing teams.
  • Gaming and Non-Gaming marketing strategies will pivot around KPIs and company objectives.
  • Uses customer insights to improve the brand and promotions. This will lead to the development of activities such as gaming tournaments, concerts, exclusive celebrations, conventions, festive seasons, and others.
  • Able to apply rules and regulations in the integrated resort industry with the marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least eight (8) years of work experience in executive roles or who has handled a large-scale property.
  • At least fifteen (15) years of work experience in marketing (experiences will include but not limited to brand development, eCommerce, SEO, data analysis, brand collaboration, creatives, entertainment, affiliate marketing, offline and online marketing, and other marketing platforms).
  • Experience working in an integrated resort/gaming operations is an advantage.
  • Proven track records in driving multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Thinks strategically in attacking organizational changes and complex challenges.
  • Shows confidence in communicating, presenting, and organizing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership qualities that can cultivate and motivate low, mid, and high performers within the team.
  • Ability to work closely and harmoniously within the marketing teams, different departments and various nationalities.
  • Capable of launching multiple projects simultaneously within a certain timeframe and budget.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools and comfortable in report generation and creation.
  • Must be flexible in performing tasks outside shifts hours. Willing to work in weekends and holidays, if needed, to meet operational needs.
