What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Ask effective questions to identify issues and guide users through the right solutions.
  • Explain system features and functionality in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
  • Document all support activities, steps taken, and outcomes accurately.
  • Keep customers updated on open cases until issues are fully resolved.
  • Pitch in on team-wide support projects and help with entry-level technical tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (preferably with IT-related coursework)
  • Previous experience dealing with advanced technical support in a BPO or call center setting
  • Understanding of computer error logs and basic diagnostics
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to use Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
  • Positive, approachable, and highly customer-focused
  • Must be open to onsite work in Davao City (Relocation assistance will be provided for those applicants outside Davao)
