What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Ask effective questions to identify issues and guide users through the right solutions.
- Explain system features and functionality in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Document all support activities, steps taken, and outcomes accurately.
- Keep customers updated on open cases until issues are fully resolved.
- Pitch in on team-wide support projects and help with entry-level technical tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Completed at least 2 years in college (preferably with IT-related coursework)
- Previous experience dealing with advanced technical support in a BPO or call center setting
- Understanding of computer error logs and basic diagnostics
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to use Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Positive, approachable, and highly customer-focused
- Must be open to onsite work in Davao City (Relocation assistance will be provided for those applicants outside Davao)
