Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR and Admin Associate to provide vital support across both Human Resources and administrative operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes and managing day-to-day office operations seamlessly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of employee-related tasks and administrative duties with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure they are accurately updated in internal systems.
  • Support onboarding new hires, preparing documentation, and coordinating orientation programs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support internal communications.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including inventory management, office maintenance, and facilities coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to compile attendance records and employee data for accurate processing.
  • Provide general HR support and assist cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in HR support or office administration (internship experience also counts).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems is an advantage.
