Role Summary

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Food Service Supervisor to join our team in BGC. The role will oversee daily food service operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and support the team in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires strict adherence to daily routines and schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily routines of the food service team to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee food preparation and service to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage scheduling, task assignments, and team performance
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervisory level and food service
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service–oriented, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Organized and disciplined, able to ensure consistency in daily routines
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
