Overview

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team to ensure the efficient functioning of the establishment. This role is essential in maintaining high customer service standards, maximizing sales, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Team Management

  • Supervise and lead team members.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to Llao Llao's operational and service standards.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing support to existing staff.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, product knowledge, hygiene, and safety regulations.

  • Quality Maintenance

  • Ensure products and services meet company quality standards.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and condition.

  • Monitor the preparation and display of yogurt and toppings, ensuring freshness and food safety compliance.

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

  • Promote excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.

  • Order Taking

  • Take customer orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the team.

  • Cash Handling

  • Process customer purchases, accepting cash, credit, or mobile payments, and provide accurate change.

  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring prompt and accurate transaction handling.

  • Sales Reconciliation

  • Reconcile the POS system at the end of your shift, ensuring sales match cash and card transactions.

  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling and accounting.

  • Sales and Revenue

  • Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while ensuring efficient store operations.

  • Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining adequate levels.

  • Monitor product usage and adhere to the company's inventory control process.

  • Ensure accuracy in inventory reporting.

  • Financial Reporting

  • Reconcile daily sales and prepare financial reports, such as sales summaries and inventory reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Reporting

  • Provide regular performance reports to management regarding sales, inventory levels, and employee performance.

  • Uniform and Grooming Standards

  • Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the company's dress code and grooming standards.

  • Wear the appropriate uniform and nameplate while on duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,070.00 per month
