Area Supervisor for Rice in a Box Makati/Taguig Area

The Area Supervisor (called "District Supervisor" internally) is in charge of supervising multiple RBX Rice in a Box stores in a district, to ensure smooth operational flow and that quality food and service are delivered.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure standard quality of products and services are consistently delivered.
  • Troubleshoot all operational problems.
  • Ensure that facilities, equipment, appliances, utensils and all store related items are working and in good condition.
  • Ensure that all food items are available.
  • Monitor sales and on-time deposits.
  • Coordinate between head office and stores.
  • Report outlet status to upper management.
  • Ensure complete line-up of crew members per store.
  • Do scheduled and spot outlet report.
  • Manage and motivate service crew members.
  • Create objective and complete reports about store's condition.
  • Check pertinent documents in the outlets.
  • Work on documents and papers required by the government or lessors as needed.
  • Work on tasks given by the management as needed.

Base: Mainly field work with scheduled office reporting

Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year course. Degree related in business or food and beverage is a plus.
  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
  • With good analytical/troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to travel in different areas.
  • Willing to be assigned in another area as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php21,300.00 per month
