Responsibilities:

- Oversee systematic tracking and regular updates on key quality metrics including finished goods status, process compliance, material holds, and resource inventory.

- Conduct timely reviews and provides disposition for operational deviations, while maintaining and updating laboratory methods, sampling plans, and retention protocols.

- Maintain up-to-date records of material specifications, supplier documentation, regulatory certifications, and reference materials such as mechanical drawings and retention samples.

- Support internal and external audits, and regulatory certification efforts (e.g., FDA, cGMP, HACCP), ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of BS Biology/Microbiology, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology.

- With 5 years experience as a QA Supervisor in a food manufacturing set-up.

- Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City
