STORE SUPERVISOR – SM Aura / BGC / Venice

Frostee Global Food Corporation

Overview

Responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the team to ensure smooth workflow, excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Team Management
  • Supervise and lead store staff.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure compliance with operational and service standards.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to existing employees.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies, product knowledge, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Quality Standards
  • Ensure all products and services meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and overall condition.
  • Monitor proper preparation, display, and freshness of yogurt and toppings following food safety guidelines.
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure customers have an excellent and positive experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.
  • Order Taking
  • Take customer orders when necessary.
  • Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the team.
  • Cash Handling
  • Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, mobile).
  • Operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Cash / Sales Reconciliation
  • Reconcile POS transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure accuracy in counting and recording all payment methods.
  • Sales and Revenue
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
  • Ensure efficient and consistent store operations to support revenue targets.
  • Inventory Management
  • Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor product usage and coordinate with the Area Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory reports with no variances.
  • Follow the company's inventory control procedures.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required financial documents.
  • Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping.
  • Performance & Store Reporting
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales results, inventory levels, and staff performance.
  • Uniform and Grooming
  • Follow company grooming standards and dress code.
  • Wear complete uniform and nameplate at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
