About the role

As the Marketing Supervisor at Power Mac Center, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications strategies. This is a full-time position based in Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will involve leading a team to execute engaging campaigns that align with the company's overarching objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote Power Mac Center's products and services
  2. Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, and print collateral
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  4. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
  5. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their professional development
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies to stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory role, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and content management systems
  6. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals
