About the role

We're looking for a proactive and driven Store Supervisor to join the talented team at RTC Marketing Corporation' in our Manila City Metro Manila location. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our retail store. What you'll be doing

Supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
Handling cash management, banking, and other financial responsibilities
Monitoring store performance and identifying areas for improvement
Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring appropriate coverage during peak periods
Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
Providing feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development
What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting
Familiarity with retail operations, including visual merchandising and store presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
