About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Madison Square Marketing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for leading a team of warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of inventory, deliveries, and overall warehouse management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  2. Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels
  3. Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimise warehouse operations
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  5. Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity
  6. Liaise with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to align warehouse activities with business objectives
  7. Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
  2. Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
  4. Proficient in inventory management, order processing, and stock control
  5. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions
  6. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations in the industry
  7. Familiarity with warehousing software and technology
