About the role

As the Sales Retail Marketing Supervisor (Japanese Product) at Madison Square Marketing, you will play a key role in driving the sales and marketing strategy for our Japanese product line. This full-time, office-based position in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila will see you work closely with the marketing and sales teams to boost brand awareness, enhance the customer experience, and deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement impactful sales and marketing campaigns to promote our Japanese product range
  • Manage all aspects of in-store merchandising and product displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive product sales
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform future product and marketing decisions
  • Monitor and report on key sales and marketing metrics to measure campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Provide training and support to retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or retail marketing role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of Japanese consumer culture and product trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both customers and colleagues
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Proven track record of delivering successful sales and marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in using relevant marketing and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is highly desirable
