Job Description
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Luzon—including digital, in-store activations, and regional promotions—to drive brand awareness and foot traffic.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of marketing staff to ensure cohesive branding and campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate with external partners (media agencies, designers, vendors) to produce marketing materials and event collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs; provide reports on ROI, consumer behavior trends, and competitor insights.
  • Oversee in-store merchandising and promotional displays to enhance customer experience and brand consistency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing supervision or team leadership, preferably in retail or furniture sectors.
  • Ready to start immediately.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for evaluating campaign data and managing multiple deliverables.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a marketing team.
  • Flexibility to adapt marketing strategies to evolving market conditions.
