Position Title: Marketing Supervisor


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team in day-to-day operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
  • Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Organize and oversee events, product launches, and trade promotions.
  • Ensure all marketing materials (print, digital, and visual) are aligned with company standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative, strategic thinker, and results-oriented.
