1. Procurement & Sourcing
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
- Source high-quality materials and equipment at competitive prices.
2. Purchase Order Management
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on project needs.
- Track and follow up on POs to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
3. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Work within project budgets to optimize costs.
- Monitor price trends and market fluctuations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
4. Vendor & Supplier Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Resolve any disputes, delays, or quality issues with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure materials meet industry and project specifications.
- Keep records of transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Adhere to company policies and procurement regulations.
6. Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordinate delivery schedules to prevent project delays.
- Track inventory levels and restock materials as needed.
- Work closely with warehouse and site teams for proper material handling.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Work with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to assess material needs.
- Provide updates on procurement status and any supply chain issues.
- Communicate with finance teams to process payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
