About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at Mary Roche' Marketing. This full-time role is based in Angeles City, Pampanga and will play a critical part in supporting our growing business. As the Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our employee onboarding, training, and welfare.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires
  • Develop and implement effective employee training and development programs
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the marketing or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR-related software and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
