Marketing Campaign Specialist (WFH)

Job Description:

  • Build and distribute eDMs (Salesforce), create in-product messages (Intercom), track results, and manage segmenting, building planned campaigns into life.
  • Manage customer webinars, such as hosting regular webinars through Zoom.
  • Drive promotions and execution of events, working closely with Internal Presenters and the Marketing Team.
  • Develop and create social content on the main channels; LinkedIn and YouTube, including copy of graphics (Canva/Figma) and/or videos (Premiere or Canva).
  • Assist with large scale projects and campaigns, including editing video content, developing marketing deliverables (print and digital materials), and conducting market research and reporting on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on developing new internal and external resources to support the wider business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2 years of marketing experience in either B2B or B2C.
  • Proven experience or exposure to email marketing, CRM systems, in-product messaging, and/or website CMS.
  • Basic video editing skills - using either Premiere Pro and /or Canva.
  • A keen eye for detail, a creative flair and sound branding skills.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Well-organised, calm under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
  • A passion or interest in healthcare and technology is a plus.
  • Exceptional written English with the ability to craft compelling copy for external and internal audiences.
