Position Overview

The
Finance Manager
will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for both financial operations and strategic growth. You will build financial structures, drive forecasting and profitability, and ensure full compliance with Philippine regulations (BIR, SEC, and other agencies). This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can bridge finance with technology and guide the company's trajectory from startup to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to inform business decisions through financial insights.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements, consolidated financials, and executive summaries for management review.
  • Design and implement robust accounting and internal control systems.
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine government regulations, including timely filing of BIR, SEC, and other statutory documents and reports.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the tech/software/SaaS sector
    strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
