Job Summary

The Finance Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior management, driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support to enable growth and profitability. While bookkeeping and statutory filings are handled by an external accountant, the Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance through close coordination with the company admin and external partners, and provide the financial leadership needed for long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Planning


• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company growth objectives.


• Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.


• Provide insights on project and overall profitability, cost management, and capital allocation.

Budgeting & Performance Management


• Prepare the annual budgets and track performance against targets.


• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.


• Maintain rolling forecasts for proactive financial management.

Cash Flow & Risk Management


• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, and working capital.


• Maintain banking relationships and evaluate financing options.


• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Accounting Oversight & Compliance


• Assist head admin and liase with the external accountant to ensure accuracy of financial records and statutory filings.


• Oversee compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.


• Review financial statements and recommend improvements in reporting and internal controls.

Leadership & Collaboration


• Partner with senior management to align financial strategy with business objectives.


• Promote financial awareness across the company to support effective decision-making.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.


• CPA is an advantage but not required.


• 4+ years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, or business analysis.


• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.


• Working knowledge of Philippine taxation and regulatory compliance.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• High level of integrity, business acumen, and attention to detail.
