Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Management

    • Drives revenue growth by leading sales strategy, team performance, market expansion, and key client relationships.
  2. Marketing Strategy and Execution

    • Leads strategic marketing initiatives, content creation, market research, and budget management to drive sales performance.
  3. Team Leadership and Development

    • Builds and nurtures high-performing sales and marketing teams through recruitment, training, and continuous performance development.
  4. Brand Management and Public Relations

    • Maintains cohesive brand messaging, manages public relations, and collaborates with external partners to elevate marketing impact.
  5. Reporting and Analysis

    • Generates performance reports, analyzes campaign metrics, and leverages data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.

• Experience in the industry relevant to the company's products/services is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
