Job Description
This role, HR Operations Specialist - Employee Services, provides front-line support for all incoming HR employee contacts and delivers appropriate solutions to employee inquiries and issues. Acting as a central information provider, you will ensure HR services are readily available, accurately decipher employee requests, and provide complete, timely, and effective resolutions on the first contact.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in HR Operations
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service/helpdesk with basic HR exposure.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid work ethic based on integrity, accuracy, and quality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reports, and basic analysis.
- Knowledge across multiple HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal).
- Familiarity with HRIS, Case Management, and Timekeeping Tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking capability.
- Strong research, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Customer-focused with empathetic and professional demeanor.
Your Daily Tasks
Employee Services & Support:
- Provide timely response, recommendations, and quality resolutions to HR queries.
- Ensure excellent customer experience with every interaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries/cases via the HR Tool (CHEER).
HR Operations & Administration:
- Track and document actions taken on employee cases and issues.
- Identify potential challenges with tools/systems and provide proactive solutions or escalate when needed.
- Handle inbound/outbound concerns via email, chat, calls, or ticketing tool.
- Gather detailed information regarding employee inquiries.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling member data.
- Meet productivity, quality, and resolution objectives.
- Demonstrate accountability for achieving set performance goals.
Continuous Improvement:
- Attend training sessions and assessments to broaden role knowledge.
- Maintain quality results by following standards and recommending improved processes.
Collaboration/Communication:
- Minimize escalations and categorize inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure best resolutions.
- Deliver courteous, supportive, and effective communication with employees.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide support in administrative or non-administrative tasks as assigned.
- Back up HR-related projects and initiatives when needed.
