About the role

Join the dynamic team at CURA Property Management Corp' as a Treasury Specialist. This full-time role is based in Baguio City, Benguet and will play a key part in managing the company's treasury operations. As a Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of duties that support the overall financial health and stability of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate records of all bank transactions
  2. Prepare daily cash flow reports and monitor cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity
  3. Manage bank accounts and reconciliations, including monitoring cash flow
  4. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  5. Support the finance team in cash management
  6. Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a treasury or accounting role, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
  2. Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management
  3. Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, accounting software)
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
