Operations and HR Assistant

Kreativ Nomad is looking for an Operations and HR Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative, HR, and operational needs of our growing agency
Our office is located in Phase 3 2nd floor, 290 Aguirre Ave, Parañaque, 1700 Metro Manila. This is a Hybrid position with in-office or onsite work once or twice a week.
This role ensures smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, and timely HR support working closely with the VP of Operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must reside in Las Piñas or Parañaque.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding employees and interns
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation and government contributions (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Track attendance, leaves, and performance check-ins
- Assist with vendor coordination, office supplies, and logistics.
- Help monitor project timelines, audit reports, and operational tasks
- Prepare reports and assist in process documentation
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Operations and other managers
