Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Systems Coordinator to help streamline campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys optimizing systems, and has experience managing digital campaigns and CRMs. You'll be an essential part of our marketing operations—helping bring strategy to life through precise execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute email/SMS campaigns via GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
  • Schedule and manage social media content across major platforms.
  • Support ad campaign coordination, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with media teams.
  • Conduct lead generation and research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, managing contact records, tags, and pipelines.
  • Develop and optimize outreach workflows for direct messaging and referral campaigns.
  • Create and deliver marketing performance reports to track campaign outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing operations or campaign management.
  • Strong command of marketing tools and CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred).
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  • Independent, self-starter with great organizational habits.
  • Comfortable adapting to fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of paid media analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Experience managing social media calendars and brand engagement.
  • Familiarity with real estate or B2C marketing.
  • Data-driven with an eye for continuous improvement.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
