Role OverviewWe are hiring a Marketing Manager—a strategic and creative leader capable of taking ownership of brand growth, campaign direction, and team coordination across multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate has agency experience, particularly with personal brands such as coaches, speakers, authors, consultants, and high-ticket event or program creators. You must be strong in end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, copy leadership, funnel development, and performance-driven marketing.
Experience working with personal brands and high-profile figures is a plus. Our agency has worked with Danny Singson, Dr. Nae, and Shaun T.
How Performance Will Be Measured (KPIs)You will be evaluated based on:
- Campaign metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates
- Lead generation volume and quality
- Funnel performance for launches, events, and offers
- Email/SMS open, click, and purchase/conversion rates
- Deliverable timelines and execution speed
- Client satisfaction, retention, and communication quality
- Core Info Products: Online courses, e-books, digital toolkits, templates, PDFs
- High-Ticket Offers: Coaching programs, masterminds, memberships, bootcamps, workshops
- Knowledge Products: Webinars, mini-courses, audio trainings, email-based learning
- Done-For-You / Done-With-You Assets: Swipe files, scripts, frameworks, SOPs, marketing systems
You might find yourself:
- Reviewing live campaign performance and optimizing creatives, targeting, or copy
- Coordinating with Sales, Creative, and Video teams for upcoming deliverables
- Writing or refining copy for ads, emails, landing pages, funnels, and social assets
- Developing campaign direction with the COO/CEO
- Managing client communication, feedback loops, and approvals
- Presenting weekly reports, insights, and action plans
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, content, and social platforms
- Lead and refine copy for ads, emails, websites, funnels, and social media
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Executive teams to align messaging and strategic priorities
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver performance and ROI reports
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling
- Develop and optimize funnels, email/SMS sequences, promotions, and event launches
- Support the COO/CEO in rolling out strategic initiatives and scaling client brands
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, or related field
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns or projects
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, funnel logic, copywriting, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with info products, high-ticket offers, or coaching programs
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organization skills
