Position Purpose

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting Goodtel's growth by assisting both the Marketing Manager and Sales Director in delivering effective campaigns, engaging communications, and efficient sales support.

With a focus on assisting to generate quality leads, building brand awareness, and supporting our sales pipeline, this role blends creativity, data-driven thinking, and organisational skills to help Goodtel achieve its mission of driving social impact while growing sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support (Approx. 75%)

Campaign Data & Targeting

  • Work with customer and prospect data to build targeted lists for campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Source relevant news articles about like-minded businesses and use them to create outreach opportunities.

Email Marketing

  • Manage sending of charity donation emails and follow-ups. S
  • Support with basic email sends

Social Media Management

  • Draft, schedule, and post engaging content across Goodtel's social channels.
  • Engage with like-minded organisations and partners to build community connections.

Content & Communications

  • Assist with drafting internal and external communications, with a focus on amplifying Goodtel's social impact story.
  • Help design basic documents, training manuals, EDM templates, and slide decks.
  • Seek out content to better story tell the work that Goodtel's charity partners does

Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholder input.

Sales Support (Approx. 25%)

Lead Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential prospects in our target sectors (particularly NFPs).
  • Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns.

Sales Collateral

  • Maintain and update sales documents, brochures, and pitch decks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely execution of campaigns and content
  • Accuracy of marketing and sales data in CRM
  • Engagement growth across social media and EDM channels
  • Support in achieving monthly lead generation targets
  • Positive feedback from Marketing Manager & Sales Director on contribution to team goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1+ years marketing experience preferred but not essential
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Data-Savvy: Confident working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools
  • Creative Communicator: Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Canva/Adobe tools, and social media scheduling tools
