About the Role

You'll plan, execute, and analyse digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot — driving lead generation, engagement, and ROI for our Australian market.

You'll be the kind of marketer who knows their numbers, understands automation, and takes ownership of performance from start to finish.

This is a high-accountability role — no soft marketing talk, just real strategy, execution, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute end-to-end campaigns within HubSpot (emails, workflows, automations, landing pages).
• Track and analyse campaign performance — open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Develop and refine marketing dashboards and reporting systems for visibility and accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to make marketing execution more efficient and scalable.
• Collaborate with Australian management to align campaigns to core business objectives.
• Use automation and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to enhance campaign speed and insight — with a focus on results.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' marketing experience, with 3+ years working directly in HubSpot.
• Proven results in data-driven campaigns — show metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and lead growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide continuous improvement.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or compliance-based industries highly regarded.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly accountable, proactive, and performance-oriented — not just a "campaign coordinator."
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and process design for scalable marketing.

Technical & Work Setup Requirements

• Primary internet connection: Minimum 40 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet connection (e.g., secondary line or mobile hotspot).
• Dedicated quiet workspace with professional headset and microphone.
• Reliable workstation setup suitable for full-time remote work.

Compensation & Performance

• Base salary: ₱70,000 – ₱100,000 per month (based on experience and skill).
• Performance bonuses: Based on engagement, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
