Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to support our account managers and digital marketing teams. You will help plan, execute, and deliver digital campaigns and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, web, paid ads, SEO, etc.)
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements and communicate updates
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, briefs, and reports
  • Support the creation and review of digital assets (graphics, copy, landing pages, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Help manage budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Constant Contact, HubSpot, WordPress)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing

Preferred:

  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar) is a plus
