we're looking for a marketing systems manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and marketing execution. this role is perfect for someone who can switch between building high-converting funnels, automating workflows, and making sure our data and reporting are rock-solid across platforms.

what you'll do

  1. funnel build & management

  2. build, optimize, and qa funnels across clickfunnels, highlevel, webflow, or similar platforms.

  3. implement and maintain tracking pixels, utm structures, and conversion events.
  4. manage and document changes to landing pages, forms, and opt-ins.

  5. collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure conversion flows are smooth and consistent.

  6. automation & technical qa

  7. build and maintain workflows in zapier, make, or native crm automations.

  8. troubleshoot integration issues between ad platforms, crm, and backend systems.
  9. conduct regular qa to eliminate broken links, failed triggers, or tracking gaps.

  10. maintain structured documentation of systems, automations, and updates.

  11. data & reporting

  12. manage dashboards and performance tracking (meta ads, crm, ghl, sheets).

  13. verify ad spend and lead flow alignment across systems.
  14. identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining clean, accurate tracking for roas and cpl metrics.

  15. support reporting cadence for management and finance alignment.

  16. media buying (meta)

  17. manage and optimize meta ad campaigns (facebook/instagram).

  18. launch new ads, audiences, and creative variations following proven frameworks.
  19. monitor daily performance, scale winning campaigns, and pause underperformers.
  20. collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test offers and ad angles.

who we're looking for

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, performance media, or marketing operations.
  • proficient in meta ads manager, clickfunnels/highlevel/webflow, zapier/make, and google analytics.
  • working knowledge of html, css, and javascript for front-end troubleshooting and light customizations.
  • strong understanding of conversion tracking, events, and attribution logic.
  • sharp attention to detail, systems thinking, and high personal accountability.
  • comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
