Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. The SDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communicating with potential clients, and is eager to help expand Lean Solutions Group's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns, outreach strategies, and lead quality.
  • Track performance metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and pipeline growth.
  • Represent Lean Solutions Group's brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
