Your Role:

Overview: We're looking for motivated callers to follow up with business owners who applied for a line of credit. You'll use our CRM and dialer system to make calls, read from a script, and send pre-created emails to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Call business owners using our CRM and dialer
  • Follow a provided call script
  • Send pre-written follow-up emails
  • Log all activity and notes in the CRM

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Previous experience in finance, bank, loan processing
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Basic computer and CRM navigation skills
  • Clear communication and attention to detail

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Experience working with small business owners or B2B clients.
