Executive Assistant to the General Manager

Job Summary:
Provides executive support to the General Manager, manages administrative tasks, and coordinates cultural and community-based mall events. Acts as a liaison with tenants, vendors, and local partners to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the GM's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Coordinate mall events showcasing Filipino culture, arts, and crafts.
- Liaise with tenants, vendors, artisans, and community partners.
- Address tenant inquiries and ensure positive working relationships.
- Track action items, deadlines, budgets, and documentation.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Lead small projects and support the GM in day-to-day operations.
Required Education & Professional License:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (preferably in retail, hospitality, or mall operations).
