About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in our Paranaque City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and optimising our core operational processes to drive efficiency and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all operational activities to meet performance targets and client expectations
  2. Analyse data and identify areas for improvement to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
  3. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practices
  4. Oversee inventory management, logistics and supply chain operations
  5. Lead, motivate and develop a team of operational staff
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business units
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in an operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  3. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  5. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams
  6. Proficient in using data analysis tools and ERP systems
  7. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards
