Job Description Compensation
◦ Timekeeping (regular and probationary employees, oncalls)
◦ Payroll preparation (regular and probationary employees, oncalls) Government Mandated Benefits (Philhealth, SSS, PAGIBIG)
◦Upload to eGov contributions and loans Labor Relations
◦ Complete documentation of employee
◦ Read Incident Reports and issue Notice to Explain memos◦ Conduct administrative hearing
◦ Recommend corresponding disciplinary action for approval
◦ Prepare and issue Notice of Disciplinary Action memos
◦ Issue announcements from Management Prepare and administer Employment Contracts concerning employee salaries, benefits, and other working conditions Recruitment
◦ Source out, interview, and recommend applicants for hiring Petty Cash
◦ Prepare requests for oncall wages, tolls and fuel, supplies and materials, and other daily needs
◦ Prepare daily petty cash report
◦ Distribution of oncall wages via Gcash
