We are looking for a driven KOL Specialist to join our team - someone passionate about building strong influencer partnerships and creating impactful campaigns that elevate our brand presence.

Work Set-up:

  • Onsite (Work from Office)
  • Office Located at: Unit 2305B, 23F, Orient Square Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary Range:

  • Php 30,000 to Php 55,000

Job Title:

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Specialist

Job Description:

The Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Specialist will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations, scriptwriting, content review, and ensuring timely campaign execution.

This role requires negotiation skills, creative content development, and maintaining brand consistency to drive impactful marketing campaigns.

Influencer Collaboration & Negotiation

  1. Reach out to influencers and negotiate pricing based on campaign requirements to facilitate successful partnerships

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to maximize campaign reach and engagement

Content Creation & Optimization

  1. Write compelling scripts using popular content frameworks and USP (Unique Selling Proposition) keywords

  2. Review performance data regularly and optimize scripts to improve effectiveness

Content Review & Quality Assurance

  1. Review influencer content drafts to ensure quality, alignment with brand tone, and adherence to guidelines

  2. Provide timely feedback to influencers to maintain high standards

Campaign Coordination

  1. Ensure timely submission and publishing of influencer content in line with the campaign schedule

  2. Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any four (4)-year course
  • Proven experience collaborating with FMCG influencers or working in a similar influencer-focused role
  • Familiarity with brand influencer platforms or access to influencer resources is an advantage
  • Strong learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with conversational fluency in English
  • Passionate and committed to the beauty and skincare industry
