In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create powerful brand partnerships that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll play a key part in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving the success of our campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:
● KOL Discovery & Recruitment: Identify and connect with KOLs who align with our brand's values, needs, and goals. Build and maintain a high-quality database of influencers to foster long-term relationships.
● Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate alliances with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships, driving collaboration and content creation that meets the brand's objectives.
● Content Collaboration & Creation: Work closely with KOLs to develop and execute content strategies, guiding them through the entire creation process—from brainstorming and video production to editing, reviewing, and finalizing content—to ensure it resonates with target audiences and meets campaign expectations.
● Continuous Engagement: Promote secondary content cooperation with existing KOLs, ensuring continued collaboration and content development that strengthens brand presence.
● Strategic Planning & Execution: Create targeted marketing promotion plans based on product demand. Identify and partner with influential KOLs across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others to enhance the GMEELAN brand presence.
● Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns. Review data, measure success, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
