Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead to manage and guide our AR team focused on medical collections and billing. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong technical knowledge of medical coding and billing, and expertise in third-party billing guidelines. If you have a passion for leading teams, driving performance, and working with advanced healthcare systems like EPIC, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of medical collections and billing experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader

  • Intermediate knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and NCCI coding systems

  • Expert knowledge of third-party billing guidelines, billing claim forms (UB-04/1500), and payer contracts

  • Experience with EPIC Systems (required)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Intermediate working knowledge of health information systems such as EMR, claim scrubbers, patient accounting systems, etc.

  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
