Key Responsibilities

Global Sales & Channel Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to sell company inventory worldwide, identifying region-specific opportunities and barriers.
  • Align go-to-market efforts with product launches, company initiatives, and expansion priorities.

IBO Recruitment, Activation & Coaching

  • Strategize and execute campaigns to recruit new Independent Business Owners (IBOs) in target regions.
  • Train and coach new IBOs on product knowledge, effective sales presentations, and storytelling techniques.
  • Design onboarding flows and presentation templates that are duplicatable and easy to learn.

Presentation Leadership (Zoom + In-Person)

  • Deliver compelling product and opportunity presentations via Zoom and, when needed, in person.
  • Create and refine presentation decks and support materials tailored to different IBO audiences and regions.
  • Coach key IBO leaders on digital presentation skills and effective team duplication methods.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Build and manage marketing funnels to generate high-quality leads for both product sales and IBO enrollment.
  • Execute campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms with measurable performance tracking.
  • Monitor trends in the direct selling space to apply innovative marketing tactics.

Global IBO Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with IBOs at various ranks to understand their needs and support growth.
  • Identify high-potential IBOs and support their leadership development journey through tailored coaching and tools.
  • Coordinate with training, product, and events teams to drive field engagement and retention.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as IBO enrollment rates, sales volume, customer reorders, and global inventory flow.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure inventory planning aligns with market demand and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in direct selling or network marketing
  • Proven success supporting field teams or IBO networks with sales enablement and scalable presentation systems
  • Excellent Zoom presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute across multiple markets and cultures
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and CRM/reporting fluency
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly organized

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience in global direct selling or MLM markets
  • Multi-language skills or cultural fluency across Asia, Europe, or Latin America
  • Background working directly with field leaders, top recruiters, or influencer‑style IBOs
  • Familiarity with compensation plan training and digital duplication systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
