Collections Specialist

What you will do:

  • Monitor and reporting accounts receivable balances
  • Perform pre-due and overdue collection activities
  • Contact the customers to obtain payment statuses
  • Facilitate the identification and resolution of any customer disputes
  • Reconcile open balances and investigating differences between the payments and invoices
  • Find and send requested documents to the customers
  • Participate in conference calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperate with Customer Payments Team to allocate all incoming payments on time
  • Raise key and most important topics with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor
  • Participate in legal cases related to collection
  • Collaborate with Team Members in order to solve common and most complex tasks
  • Prepare AR overdue reports and root cause analysis
  • Close coordination with Sales Team for problematic accounts

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Any four-year course, preferably businesses related
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably with SSC experience
