Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collection Specialist with a solid background in real estate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of receivables, assessing client credit risks, and providing accurate financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of real estate credit and collection practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend credit approvals in line with company policies.
  • Prepare collection strategies and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance departments regarding delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain accurate collection records and generate regular reports for management.
  • Recommend and assist in legal actions against non-paying clients when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in credit and collection, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales, payment terms, and financing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
