Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable management, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, credit evaluation, and collection practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts.
  • Customer-focused with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial transactions.
