I. JOB OBJECTIVES/SUMMARY

A Data Processor Specialist plays an essential role in managing and manipulating large volumes of data to extract significant findings. Their primary responsibilities involve ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of collected information while utilizing various tools and techniques for analysis and visualization of findings. Data Specialists collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements before providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights. He/ She is also responsible in making PowerPoint or Visual Presentation for the SVP-OPM.

II. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conducting a thorough data analysis of PHCC information and storage systems.

  2. Creating or implementing a digital conversion program in line with the PHCC's needs.

  3. Installing and maintaining data collation software.

  4. Varifying and extracting data from hardcopy and other digital sources.

  5. Importing and transferring data to a secure central database.

  6. Performing regular data integrity and quality audits.

  7. Creating and submitting data collation reports.

  8. Troubleshooting information storage issues.

  9. Perform other duties assigned by the SVP for Operations and Project Management.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a similar field.
  • 3+ years' experience as a data specialist.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.
  • In-depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems.
  • Ability to work independently on projects.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with end-user training and support.

IV. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

  • Directly reporting to the SVP-OPM.
