Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector (preferably oncology).
- Strong understanding of chemotherapy/oncology products and the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Willing to work on-site (Makati City)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Market Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oncology/chemo-related markets.
Conduct market research to assess trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
- Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, oncologists, clinics, and distributors.
Act as the key point of contact for strategic partners and clients.
Conduct presentations and business meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets for oncology/chemo products and services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships with clients and distributors.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Strategic Planning & Partnerships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs) to support product launches and business initiatives.
Identify potential partnerships, joint ventures, or licensing opportunities.
Support tender preparation and participation in government or institutional bids.
- Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure business activities adhere to pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with regulatory teams for product registration and approval processes.
- Report progress to management
