Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with product descriptions, data entry, and website uploads to ensure accurate and appealing product listings.
  • Support the image editing process including cropping, renaming, and uploading product and campaign images.
  • Contribute to content creation across multiple channels—blogs, social media posts, marketing collateral, and EDMs.
  • Provide assistance with basic customer enquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Help maintain weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking ecommerce and marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador packages, including product preparation and tracking.
  • Support cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks as needed.
